Job summary

JBS USA Tolleson is seeking a Maintenance Trainer Supervisor to manage the Online Maintenance Training Program, including modules, hands-on labs, and field training, and to monitor progress of each trainee.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of maintenance supervisor experience; duties include scheduling training, mentoring new hires, ensuring safety, and coordinating with the Plant Engineer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience is preferred.
• Experience facilitating training programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance training program and assist new employees until they demonstrate competencies.
• Provide feedback to trainees, supervisors, and management; monitor progression.
• Spend time with each trainee during qualification to verify hands-on training and understanding.
• Develop and maintain lab equipment and classroom facilities.
• Conduct classroom training for new hires and annual retraining.
• Schedule level skills training and direct the workforce for the day.
• Administer orientation and ongoing safety training for maintenance staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Engineer.
