Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Training Program Lead in the United States. The role focuses on planning and executing comprehensive maintenance training covering mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, refrigeration, and related topics.

You will manage training literature, records, and class schedules, and conduct orientation for new maintenance staff. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of industrial maintenance experience, with Level 8 in Tyson’s

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance experience and Level 8 completion in Tyson Foods Maintenance Training Program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Tyson SAP-Plant Maintenance preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with all plant levels.
• Certification in training topics or techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the Maintenance Training Program.
• Coordinate training literature, manuals, systems, and lead instruction on maintenance subjects.
• Maintain training aids, student records, and schedule classes.
• Perform maintenance orientation training for new team members.
• Interface with vendors on training content and delivery.
• Coordinate safety training and assess hands-on training requirements.
