Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical or engineering technology education plus electrician license is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision experience in a fast-paced, unionized facility.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and process manufacturing.
• Willingness to work afternoon shift and weekends.
• Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate work orders and schedules.
• Respond to operational maintenance concerns and coordinate with operations.
• Maintain records of management and maintenance per policies.
• Oversee repairs by staff and contractors, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Plan and control expenditures within the department budget.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental policies.
