Job summary

JBS USA Inc. in Tolleson, AZ seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance teams and safeguard equipment reliability. You will plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.

You'll collaborate with operations to minimize downtime, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement through strong leadership, planning, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Applied Science or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Three years supervision experience in maintenance/operation of a process facility.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, PM systems, and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and piping repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel; plan, lead, organize, and assign work to ensure uptime.
• Respond to maintenance concerns and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with company policies and safety.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Plan and control expenditures within department budget; maintain safety and environmental policies.
