Minimum three years supervising maintenance in a fast-paced process facility is preferred.
Strong knowledge of continuous process manufacturing, plant maintenance and asset care.
Experience with preventive maintenance systems is required or advantageous.
Willingness to work afternoon shifts and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

Supervises maintenance personnel and plans, leads, and coordinates all work orders.
Responds quickly to operational maintenance concerns and coordinates with operations.
Maintains records of maintenance activities in compliance with policies.
Oversees repairs by staff and contractors, ensuring quality and deadlines.
Plans expenditures and manages the department budget.
Enforces safety, health, and environmental policies and regulatory compliance.
