Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years supervision in maintenance in a fast-paced facility.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of continuous process manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Supervises plant maintenance personnel and coordinates work orders across breakdown, preventive, predictive, project and daily tasks.
• Responds promptly to operational maintenance concerns and coordinates with operations to minimize production interruptions.
• Maintains records of maintenance activities in line with company policies and procedures.
• Oversees contractors and maintenance projects ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Plans and controls department expenditures in alignment with the operating budget.
• Upholds safety, health and environmental policies and regulatory compliance.
