Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property buildings and grounds. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances, ensuring safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities include responding to resident work orders, daily upkeep of the community, and maintaining tools and inventory. On-call availability is required; a $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• HVAC certification preferred; CAMT recommended; Fair Housing Certification required within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and notify management on completion.
• Daily repair and upkeep of the community; punch maintenance in vacant units.
