Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the operation of multi‑unit properties. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliance systems across the community.

You will respond to resident work orders, maintain tools and supplies, and ensure safety and professional appearance at all times. A $1,500 signing bonus is available and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly and notify management upon completion.
• Maintain daily upkeep of community facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on vacant units before occupancy.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas and tools.
• Be available for on-call shifts as needed.
