You will complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders, perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures), assist with painting and refurbishing projects, support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance, perform preventative maintenance and safety checks, maintain tools and repair inventory, and assist with suite
