Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our senior living community safe, clean, and well‑functioning for residents and staff. You will complete work orders, perform basic repairs, assist with painting and refurbishing, and support HVAC and other mechanical systems, while upholding safety and compliance standards.

The role involves preventative maintenance, inventory management, and some driving for community operations.

Aufgaben

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite make-ready preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned
