Qualifications

• Performs routine maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Carries out basic repairs to plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fixtures.
• Supports painting and refurbishing projects.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the community.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures).
• Assist with painting and refurbishing projects.
• Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory.
• Assist with suite make-ready preparation.
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards.
• Participate in emergency drills and safety training.
• Operate community vehicles as needed.
