The Toro Company in El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing objectives through preventative maintenance and basic repairs of production equipment. Candidates should inspect equipment regularly and perform routine fixes to keep line throughput steady.

Requires 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting, a high school diploma or technical training, and an openness to learn. Shift options include day or night schedules with some on-call responsibilities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent technical education is required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct routine inspections inside and outside of premises and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, test equipment, etc.
• Repairs on motors, drives, gearboxes, heater circuits, wiring, plumbing, hydraulics, pumps, and light machine shop work.
• Diagnose and repair machines/machinery issues, building equipment, and/or structures as necessary.
• Perform lawn care as needed and clean weeded areas.
• Develop ability to replace motor drives, electric motors, pumps, heat exchangers, and gearboxes after training.
