Job summary

Revolution in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep all equipment running through preventive and as-needed maintenance and document repairs. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, read English instructions, and be able to work nights on a rotating schedule after a two-month days training period.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions in English.
• Able to perform work without supervision.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).
• Experience in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Climbing steps and working from platforms may be required.
• Must follow safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Review and record maintenance actions, issue work orders, and document repairs.
• Troubleshoot repairs and determine best corrective action.
• Track downtime hours by equipment and support rebuilds on production equipment.
• Maintain daily logs and adhere to safety policies.
• Support other maintenance tasks as needed and uphold core values.
