The Toro Company in Perry, OK is seeking a Lead CNC Maintenance Technician for the night shift. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair various CNC-controlled tools and manufacturing equipment, including lathes, machining centers, presses, and welding robots.

Responsibilities include diagnosing electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; reading electrical schematics and manuals; using SAP to locate parts and process work; and supporting

Competenze

• 5 years' experience in industrial environment, repairing, and maintaining machine tools required.
• Formal electrical, electronic, and mechanical training and/or relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of reading electrical schematics and manuals.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot & repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system problems on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose CNC and PC-based control systems and closed-loop servo systems.
• Read information from electrical schematics, technical manuals, and written instructions.
• Service and maintain air conditioners and refrigeration units on manufacturing equipment.
