Unknown manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team on a 12-hour rotating day or night shift. The role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensuring reliable production.

The candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC systems, read schematics and blueprints, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. An associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
• Associates degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in production equipment, minimizing downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems supporting facility operations.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults.
• Repair or replace motors, gearboxes and hydraulic components.
• Review and prioritize work orders and address urgent maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety protocols including LO/TO procedures.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements.
