Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior forklift experience and/or certification preferred.
• Able to regularly handle items weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Reading, clerical, and basic math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Creates and process requisitions as needed to complete production orders.
• Facilitate receiving process, perform inspections to verify quality meets specification and quantity is accurate and recorded in SAP.
• Schedule supplier pickup and delivery; expedite parts to meet business needs; track and resolve past due purchase orders.
• Resolve quality deviations, collaborating with customers for the best overall solution.
• Identify pending supply interruptions pro-actively and communicate appropriately.
• Execute inventory management processes that meet departmental/corporate requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support within the area of the business assigned.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments/customers to share information timely.
• Identify and help implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
