Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure building systems and common areas meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and the make-ready process for vacant units.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license, with on-site duties across properties. Successful candidates will perform inspections, manage inventory, and document work promptly while supporting cost-control efforts and

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate golf carts on properties.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and make-ready tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units, inspect and close punch lists.
• Manage materials, inventory, and timely documentation of work.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with painting and cleaning as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
