Job summary

Atrium Hospitality’s Raleigh-Durham Embassy Suites in Cary, NC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Associate. You will perform preventative maintenance, service guestrooms, document work orders, and troubleshoot basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.

You will also maintain pool systems, repair hotel equipment, and support seasonal groundskeeping. Requires at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and willingness to work across hotel areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months of general maintenance experience or hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC/electrical/plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
