Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing (make-ready) and creates a punch list of tasks.
• Manages materials and supplies, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents service requests to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs general cleaning and painting as needed.
