Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician to service 458 units at a Lease-Up property in San Marcos, CA. Weekend availability and 9am–6pm shifts are required, with 1–2 years of property maintenance experience and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, preparing units for leasing, and assisting with grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property maintenance experience.
• Good customer service.
• Lease‑up, Yardi or Happy Co experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Makes-ready vacant units for leasing, conducts pre-move‑out inspections and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains documentation of work orders and inventory, and ensures timely reporting.
