Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day service needs for our residential properties, ensuring safe, clean and attractive living environments.

You will respond promptly to resident requests, perform routine and emergency repairs, and contribute to overall resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include turnovers, repairs and renovations of vacant units, maintaining logs, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required or within 90 days.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and accurately.
• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled and emergency maintenance repairs.
• Paint, renovate and clean vacant apartments during turnovers.
• Keep logs and records of work performed and materials used.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of all areas and comply with policies.
• Provide on-call support and assist management as needed.
