Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Greens at Irvington Mews I & II in Baltimore, MD. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, handle repairs, painting, and housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe, attractive living environment for residents.

You’ll document work orders, support property operations, assist with turnovers, and provide courteous service to residents and staff while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Type II or Universal) or obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to read and follow safety notices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Repair, renovate, paint, and clean vacant apartments.
• Maintain logs and records of work orders and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coordinate with staff.
