Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold property standards, assist in daily operations, and ensure resident satisfaction. Candidates should have at least one year of maintenance experience, basic trade skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to use computers and related applications.
• Willingness to perform multiple trades and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide support to management in upholding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced across the property.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory control and key security.
• Act as an inspector to maintain curb appeal and property aesthetics.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
