Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across our communities. You will handle routine, preventive, and emergency repairs, assist with turnover units, and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

Excellent customer service, strong English communication, and basic tool proficiency are required. On-call readiness within 30 minutes and a sign-on bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting skills are required.
• EPA 608 Certification Type II or Universal (or ability to obtain within 90 days) is required.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly and accurately.
• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance across the community.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, repairs, renovations, and painting.
• Maintain logs/records of work performed and safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff and communicate effectively.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in required trainings.
