Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our community. From HVAC systems to general repairs, your skills will create a comfortable and well-kept living space for our residents.

You will work with a supportive team and management to provide top-quality service. You bring basic repair skills, HVAC experience, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather, plus a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of facility maintenance experience.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests quickly across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable year-round.
• Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and exteriors.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to prevent issues.
• Perform minor pool maintenance to keep pools clean and safe.
• Monitor outside vendors to ensure quality work.
• Assist with light landscaping, trash pickup and sidewalk cleaning.
• Prepare units for move-in with necessary repairs.
• Report safety issues to supervisor and follow safety regulations.
• Support special maintenance projects as needed.
