Bell Partners Inc., Parker, CO, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure safety compliance at the property. The role requires 18+ with 1–3 years of maintenance experience and basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical knowledge.
• HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required depending on community.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to residents' repair requests and maintenance concerns.
• Report malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authorization before entering apartments.
• Attend in-service training as assigned and follow safety/OSHA rules.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, or asphalt tasks as instructed.
• Ensure safety practices and maintain regular attendance.
