Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Colorado team. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, respond to repair requests, and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong customer service. Must be 18+, with a high school diploma; EPA/CPO may be required at some communities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety.
• Attend trainings and work with vendors as needed.
