• Proficient in basic maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance across properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and complete work orders efficiently.
• Inspect units and common areas to identify repairs and preventive needs.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Communicate with managers, residents, and vendors to coordinate work.
