The role includes operating power tools, driving company vehicles for inspections, and maintaining safety standards. The job requires a valid driver's license, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and prior experience in home repairs and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Broad experience in home repairs, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and operation of heavy equipment.
• Snow plow experience.
• Safety-focused and able to attend periodic trainings.
• Able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect common areas by driving through the community daily.
• Repair and maintain community-owned homes and lots.
• Maintain grounds (mowing, weed eating, debris removal, snow plowing).
• Keep areas clean, safe, and uncluttered; follow safety procedures for equipment.
