Responsibilities

• Timely coordination, execution, and thorough documentation of repairs to common areas and unit repairs.
• Administer safety and cleanliness, maintaining attractive property areas.
• Identify, document, and repair health and safety risks on the property.
• Identify, document, and coordinate complete, correct, and timely repairs to common areas and with third-party vendor participation as needed.
• Record, track, and complete work orders within the company’s platform.
• Assist in scheduling unit turns and inspections, and maintain knowledge of vendor contracts.
