Job summary

Realty Center Management Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our full-time team in Torrance, CA. You will maintain the physical integrity of our apartment communities, perform repairs, and prepare homes for new residents with a focus on safety and quality.

You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems, provide courteous service to residents, and work with management to keep properties well-maintained and visually appealing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property components.
• Maintain lighting, irrigation systems, pools, and overall grounds.
• Repair and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
• Complete repairs and ensure units meet company standards.
• Communicate unit readiness with management.
