Quality Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Santa Ana, CA to perform repairs, porter/custodial duties, and on-site property upkeep for residential communities. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, plus living on-site at the property.

You will coordinate repairs, document work orders, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. On-site housing is provided; must have a valid California driver license.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years recent experience in apartment maintenance or a related field.
• Must possess a valid California Driver License.

Aufgaben

• Perform ongoing porter/custodial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, and cleanliness of common areas.
• Identify, document, and repair health and safety risks on the property.
• Coordinate and complete repairs in common areas and units, including third-party vendor liaison when needed.
• Record, track, and close work orders in the designated platform within established timelines.
• Assist with apartment inspections and scheduling/turning of vacant units prior to occupancy.
