Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property upkeep, delivering high-level customer service and curb appeal at Patterson Tower. The role covers electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and general preventive maintenance on a property in Eugene, OR.

Responsibilities include timely work-order completion, safety and risk management, on-call emergencies, and maintaining professional conduct and resident relations while supporting the property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry and HVAC.
• Carry out carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, countertop replacement and door repairs.
• Proactively perform preventative maintenance on siding, painting, lighting and more.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction with timely completion.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and communicate issues to leadership.
