Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform apartment and property maintenance duties, ensuring safety, cleanliness and curb appeal. You will handle repairs, coordinate with the supervisor, and deliver excellent resident service daily.

Based at Patterson Tower in Eugene, OR, this role offers Monday–Friday hours, a competitive hourly wage, and a 20% housing discount as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of property management or related maintenance experience.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC as needed.
• Complete carpentry tasks such as wall repairs and cabinet replacement.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance per schedule.
