Job summary

Greystar Naples is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to ensure the physical upkeep of our apartments, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete timely repairs while adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, coordinating with vendors, updating records, and supporting cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recovery certifications required
• All required state and local certifications must be current
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles/golf carts

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring timely turnover
• Manages materials, equipment, and inventory; tracks usage and reorders as needed; documents tasks for audit trails
• Documents all service activities accurately and promptly to maintain open work orders and property records
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible
