Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervision.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry areas.
• Maintain curb appeal and high standards of cleanliness on property grounds.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in on-call rotations.
