Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member in Salt Lake City to protect, maintain, and enhance the community while ensuring resident satisfaction. The role focuses on timely response to maintenance requests, on-call shifts, and adherence to safety and EPA/OSHA requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of pool service. This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay with benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Safe operation, maintenance and repair of facility equipment and compliance with health, safety and OSHA programs.
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours on-call maintenance requests.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Keeps records for air conditioning, refrigeration, and pool/spa compliance as required.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
