Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Operates safely and maintains equipment in compliance with OSHA and EPA.
• Responds to work orders promptly and participates in on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to ensure maintenance standards.
• Keeps records for air conditioning, refrigeration, and related equipment.
• Maintains pool water chemistry and sanitation.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
