Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) in Austin, TX. The role focuses on protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the community value while ensuring a high living experience for residents.

You will address resident maintenance issues efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include facility upkeep, safe operation of equipment, and participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and OSHA requirements in maintenance tasks.
• Respond to work orders, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Inspect public areas and apartments to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Follow regulations for air conditioning, refrigeration, pools, spas, and record keeping.
