Job summary

Cardinal Group in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance the community while delivering quality service to residents. You will respond to work orders, perform routine upkeep, follow safety and EPA guidelines, and participate in training.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and weekend/on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Operates and maintains facility equipment in compliance with health and safety policies.
• Responds to work orders, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Inspects public areas and resident units to ensure standards.
• Follows EPA and local regulations for air conditioning, pools, and water chemistry.
• Keeps storage areas and tools secure.
• Participates in Cardinal U training.
