Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while improving residents' living experience. You will resolve maintenance issues efficiently and help ensure safety and cleanliness across the property.

The role requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience, ability to handle heavy lifting, and availability for weekends and on-call emergencies. Training and benefits accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8-12 hour shifts.
• Weekend work and on-call emergencies required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Handles safe operation, maintenance and repair of equipment with safety and EPA compliance.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
