Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain and enhance the value of our community, ensuring resident maintenance issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This full‑time, non‑exempt role emphasizes safety, reliability and high service standards.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and grounds, respond to work orders including after hours, assist with pool and spa upkeep following EPA and health regulations, and

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after hours on-call rotations.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards.
• Follows EPA, health, and safety procedures for air conditioning, refrigeration and pools/spas.
