Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of the community meet safety and cleanliness standards. You will diagnose defects, perform preventative maintenance, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant homes.

Responsibilities include inspecting requests, ordering supplies, documenting work, maintaining grounds, and supporting cost-control practices. You must have EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• State and Local certifications where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Prepares vacants for leasing, creates punch list, coordinates vendors.
• Obtains materials from maintenance, tracks inventory, notifies reorders.
• Completes documentation for service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; paints curbs and signage.
• Supports cost-control by fixing parts when possible.
• Complies with safety meetings and inspections; reports safety concerns.

Education

EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant certifications

State and Local certifications as required
