Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the property meets Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, inventory management, documentation, and upkeep of grounds and amenities. Qualifications include EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. On-site role with full-time hours and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type I/II or Universal).
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and repair building systems per policies and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspections.
• Access materials and manage inventory with proper tracking and re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting tasks as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts instead of replacing when feasible.

Education

EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification

State/Local jurisdiction certifications
