Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities in Michigan. Responsibilities include repairs to homes and facilities, grounds upkeep, and ensuring curb appeal for residents.

The role requires flexibility to work outdoors in varying temperatures, use of hand and power tools, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are needed to document work orders and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minor maintenance and repairs experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across Sun communities.
• Repair homes, facilities, and grounds as needed.
• Maintain grounds, streets, and common areas to curb appeal standards.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and utility system checks as applicable.
• Report issues to manager and complete maintenance checklists.
