Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet our standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will handle service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and help prepare units for new residents.

The role involves working on-site, following safety policies, and coordinating with vendors to complete tasks efficiently. A valid license and applicable EPA certifications are required, with cost-control awareness and

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• OSHA and safety training as required by property.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications may apply to all service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments,Inspects punch lists and coordinates vendors.
• Follows procedures to access materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering.
• Documents service requests accurately and timely for tracking and history.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
