Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Gladwen Wendell Falls in Wendell, NC. The role handles service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks to ensure the property meets Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Work includes completing inspections, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining grounds and amenities. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the “make-ready” process for vacant units, including inspections and punch list items.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and track inventory for maintenance tasks.
• Completes documentation for service requests to enable accurate tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning and repairs as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when Possible.
