Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties in Wendell, NC. You will handle repairs, make-ready tasks, and routine inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining grounds, and assisting in cost-control efforts. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required, with on-call duties including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartment communities or similar facilities.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across building systems.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and respond to resident requests.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property systems.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory and procures supplies through the maintenance department.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Adheres to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
