Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Santa Rosa Beach, FL to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. The role covers repair work, preventative maintenance, and on-site responsibilities across buildings and amenities.

The position requires diagnosing resident requests, completing work orders, and collaborating with vendors, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.
• Commitment to safety with OSHA training and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Executes the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials and supplies, tracks inventory, and coordinates with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Documents service requests accurately and in a timely manner for tracking.

Education

EPA Type 1 & 2 or Universal Refrigerant Certification
