Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will perform maintenance, assist with make-ready for new move-ins, manage materials, and document service requests.

Additionally, you will help maintain grounds and amenities, and contribute to cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• All state/local certifications required for service technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects from resident requests and perform repairs per safety codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling.
• Manage materials and tools by tracking usage and reordering as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas through cleaning and minor repairs.
• Support cost-saving by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
